Dan and Dean Caten of Dsquared² brought the energy of music festivals to their Spring/Summer 2012 collection, channeling the spirit of Glastonbury in Milan. The catwalk transformed from dry sod to a muddy spectacle as sprinklers soaked the runway, with models confidently navigating the chaos in high heeled wellies. Set to U2 and Coldplay anthems, the collection captured the eclectic festival aesthetic with sparkly layers, leather jackets, denim cutoffs, plaid shirts, neon wristbands, slouchy bags, headscarves, and mirrored sunglasses. With playful nods like Heineken bottles and mud covered male models, the Catens prioritized entertainment over seriousness, delivering one of their most vibrant and theatrical shows.
